Sian holds a Bachelor of Environmental Planning from Griffith University and prior to commencing with Innovative Planning Solutions in 2019, obtained a wealth of experience across both the government and corporate sectors. Sian commenced her planning career in the Queensland State Government, before moving into local government where she gained 6 years’ experience with both Noosa Shire Council and (the former) Caloundra City Council. During this time, she progressed to a Team Leader position before advancing her career in the development industry with a 5 year stint with Stockland working on several high profile master planned communities.

She entered the private sector in 2012 where she continues to provide town planning and project strategy services on a number of signature master planned communities and a variety of residential, retail, mixed-use, commercial and infrastructure projects.

Sian has extensive experience in the management of specialist project teams and a strong appreciation for the commercial implications of planning decision. Not only does have Sian have a proven track record in the planning and delivery of highly successful development projects, she is also committed to the highest standards of performance in all areas of her work and is self-motivated to meeting challenging deadlines and client commitments.  

When not working, Sian enjoys spending time with her family and partaking in a nice glass of wine.
