After graduating from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Regional and Town Planning (Hons), Ella has gained over 8 years’ experience in town planning consultancy, working on a diverse range of small and large-scale development projects across multiple local government areas. Working as a Senior Town Planner at IPS, Ella has a high level of experience in project coordination across a variety of projects including master planning, residential subdivisions and built form developments, commercial and industrial developments, due diligence investigations, advertising signage and plan sealing.

Ella is outcome focused, possesses a strong knowledge of planning principles and the legislative statutory process and strives to work closely with State and local authorities to provide valuable insights to assist project strategy and delivery. Ella prides herself on building strong professional relationships with government agencies, consultant teams and clients to deliver successful, timely and cost-effective results.
